Nathan is a Speaker, Mindset Coach and Author, helping ambitious individuals achieve self-mastery by breaking bad habits, overcoming procrastination, and mastering their mindset. With over 300 keynotes and training sessions, two self-published books, and co-creating the Bahamas National Wellness Program Pilot, Nathan combines expertise and passion for transformation.

In addition to his leadership role at NLS Global, he has served as an instructor at The Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute (BTVI) and Queen’s College’s Centre for Further Education. Nathan has also worked as a consultant for the Bahamas Ministry of Health, a Life and Career Coach for the Bahamas National Training Agency and is an active member of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce & Employers’ Confederation.

Nathan’s personal journey fuels his mission. He has lost nearly 50 pounds, overcome an 18-year addiction, conquered a fear of public speaking, and transformed from a reckless lifestyle to one that is Christ-centered and purpose-driven.

Guided by his principle - “Your mind influences your emotions, impacts your behavior, and determines your results. To change your results, change your mindset” - Nathan empowers others to achieve lasting change.

Above all, Nathan is a devoted Christian, husband, and father. He’s been happily married for 12 years and is a proud dad to one amazing daughter.
